How to Book
Please complete booking form below. Note: Bookings close 48 hours prior to trip. Full payment is required at the time booking is made to confirm your place. Kaykaze accepted payments by Direct Deposit, EFT, Visa or Mastercard, cheque or money order. Upon confirmation you will receive a receipt/reference number.
Before commencing your Adventure Experience you will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that you understand and accept that your activity may have inherent risks or dangers. Appropriate insurance is recommended. Please note that anyone considered by Kaykaze staff to be intoxicated or adversely affected by drugs will not be permitted to participate in activities. No refunds will be given under these conditions.
Not Included in our Tour Price
Airfares, travel insurance, extra meals, drinks or any items of a personal nature. Insurance for loss of any personal items. Replacement of any hire gear, but a credit card deposit may be held for this.
Cancellation / Postponement
Amendment or cancellation fees apply from the date we receive written notification of your cancellation or request for an alternative date. Fees may be waived in the case of a medical emergency - in this instance a medical certifcate must be shown. Charges are as follows:
Days before departure Fee
More than 14 days - No fee$30 amendment fee; Between 13 & 8 days $30 Amendment fee; 7 -2 days 50 % of tour price; 1 day or no show on the day 100% of tour price
Activities will go ahead despite weather conditions although safety will be our first consideration. KAYKAZE and its agents reserve the right to postpone or alter your itinerary due to safety reasons. Alternately, refunds are not made for unused services. Postponement dates &/or alternative activities will be offered. Travel Insurance is highly recommended
