Conditions of Contract

COVID19:

We are following all state and federal government guidelines to return to work in a COVIDSafe way.  We have a COVIDSafe plan which includes staff training in infection control, ensuring physical distancing, provision of face masks, practising good hygiene with sanitiser and equipment cleaning procedures in place, keeping records using QR codes for online participant information that can be used in contact tracing if needed, all activities are outdoors and tour numbers are limited as per restrictions.

Please let us know if you can’t attend your tour due to suddenly feeling unwell or if you or a close contact should test positive to coronavirus.  We can reschedule your tour.  A QR Code is to be used upon arrival at your tour.

Payment:

The prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are for payment by cash, credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or direct bank deposit (EFT). The balance of the tour price is payable to KAYKAZE Adventure Experience 48hrs before departure date. Failure to pay by that date entitles KAYKAZE Adventure Experience to cancel your booking and retain your deposit without notice.

Cancellations:

KAYKAZE Adventure Experience reserves the right to cancel any tour or program prior to departure due to factors beyond our control such as not reaching minimum numbers, inclement weather or Total Fire Ban restrictions. You will be able to reschedule the tour at no extra charge, or contact the travel agent you purchased the voucher from to determine their cancellation procedures. We are unable to make any promises on behalf of agents.  We will make every effort to reschedule you. You are not entitled to claim compensation from us for (including but not limited to) additional travel, equipment purchases or accommodation, unless you have travel insurance that covers this event.

Client Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel within 7-3 days of the departure date, you will be charged an administration fee of $15-$30 to reschedule on a date that suits you. This is payable on confirmation of your rescheduled tour date. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hrs before the tour departure, or if you simply do not show up, 100% of monies paid will be forfeited. In this situation you are not entitled to a refund or credit of any kind. *Note that under extenuating circumstances such as accident or injury prior to your tour date or if you have a medical certificate, you may incur administration fees and be entitled to reschedule at a later date. Health and Fitness:

Participants must be in good health and average physical condition. Upon booking, you must inform KAYKAZE Adventure Experience of any existing medical conditions that may affect your participation. KAYKAZE Adventure Experience reserves the right to exclude you from a tour based upon your medical history. KAYKAZE Adventure Experience will be exempt from all liability in the event of an accident or illness directly resulting from your failure to perform your duty of disclosure.

Tour  expectations:

Our Tour Leaders and Guides are true professionals and take their responsibilities very seriously. If for any reason a Tour Leader believes, in his or her absolute discretion, that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, he or she may direct you to leave the activity for your own safety and that of the others on the tour. You must follow the Tour Leader’s instruction. In this event you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Exclusions from Tour Price:

The following items are excluded from the tour price – (including but not limited to) airfares, personal travel insurance, extra meals, transport and accommodation not included in the itinerary.
